I started Sigma Strategies because I kept seeing the same problem: organizations that knew what needed to change but didn't have the strategic clarity or execution discipline to actually make it happen. That gap — between knowing and doing — is where I work.
I bring over 15 years of leadership across management consulting, organizational strategy, communications, and operations — working with teams and executives in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Before launching Sigma Strategies, I led strategic communications for one of Canada's premier national cultural institutions, managed multi-million dollar operations across high-profile business units, and held senior advisory roles across industry. I hold an MBA with a specialization in Management Consulting from the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management, and I teach business at the post-secondary level.
